It doesn't get much better than this. An Eden Valley Shiraz that's as luscious as the tasting notes suggest. The only red we have on offer (for now...), it's more than enough to keep you wanting more! Drink now or cellar for up to 15 years.
GI (region where grapes sourced): Eden Valley (Barossa)
Colour: Deep crimson with violet hues.
Aromas: Intense aromas of blueberry and black cherry, with spiced plum skin, forest floor, dried herbs and hints of cedar.
Palate: Complex flavours of blackberry bush and forest floor meld into a savoury mid palate with spicy clove and dried herbs. Showing great restraint and elegance and finishing with long velvety tannin.

Variety: 100% Shiraz
Harvest Date: 9th March 2020
Maturation: 100% matured in French oak hogheads for 15 months with 20% new and 80% seasoned
Handpicked grapes were destemmed into open top fermenters before undergoing a warm fermentation for 7-10 days, with gentle plunging or pumping over before being pressed to French oak. The wine was then matured in 100% French oak before being blended and bottled.
