Where do you deliver?

We deliver Australia wide! Whilst we’d love to take Rollick to the rest of the world, overseas deliveries are not yet available.

What will it cost to deliver my wine?

We charge a flat shipping fee per dozen wine ordered, based on the state to which your wine is being delivered.

Delivery costs for Australia:

SA $10 / VIC $15 / NSW $15 / ACT $15 / QLD $20 / WA $20 / NT $25 / TAS $25 

Any offers for free shipping are made at our discretion and can be discontinued at any time without notice. 

How long will my delivery take?

We deliver with Freight Hub Logistics. You will receive a confirmation email of your order shortly after purchase, followed by a notification email as your order is dispatched.

We always aim to get your wine to you as soon as possible. The following delivery times are indicative only. All SA metropolitan orders will be dispatched within two business days and expected to be delivered within 3-5 business days or as otherwise notified. For interstate orders, delivery time frames are up to 7 business days, excluding remote or regional areas which may be up to 14 business days or as otherwise notified.

Please note that where there are circumstances out of our control that may impact delivery times, we will contact you directly as soon as reasonably possible to advise of the delay.
