A vice: everyone has one. And perhaps be worried if they say they don’t. Many people think wine is our vice. And do you know what…guilty as charged. Will it be yours?
Ooh, tell me more about the wine...
It doesn't get much better than this. An Eden Valley Shiraz that's as luscious as the tasting notes suggest. The only red we have on offer (for now...), it's more than enough to keep you wanting more! Drink now or cellar for up to 15 years.

Vintage: 2018 Variety: 100% Shiraz Harvest Date: 29th March 2018 Maturation: 100% matured in French oak hogheads for 15 months with 30% new and 70% seasoned
Handpicked grapes were destemmed into open top fermenters before undergoing a warm fermentation for 7-10 days, with gentle plunging or pumping over before being pressed to French oak. The wine was then matured in 100% French oak before being blended and bottled.
